Regular products come with a standard warranty of 1-2 years. During the warranty period, for non-human-induced quality issues, we offer free after-sales processing, replacement or reissue services. We also provide full-process technical consultation and after-sales docking services.

Hot-selling regular models and standard specifications are available in stock all year round. For stock orders, shipment will be arranged within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. We apologize that we do not offer free samples. However, you can purchase one unit at the factory price. Due to the high value of mechanical equipment, providing free samples would result in significant losses for us. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, the sample (purchased unit) requires payment of the basic factory price plus logistics freight, with the freight borne by the customer by default. When you place a bulk order later, the factory price of the purchased sample unit can be deducted from the total payment of the bulk order in accordance with our company's rules.
